Services/Works definition
Services/Works means the work to be performed by the Contractor pursuant to the Contract, as detailed in the Agreement or Contract.
Services/Works means the services and/or works described and specified in the Purchase Order including all necessary ancillary and associated items, things, works or services;
Services/Works means and includes the provision by the successful Offeror of all services, work, duties and expectations as further described in this RFP. This will also mean the whole of the work, tools, materials, labor, equipment, travel, and all that is required to be done, furnished and performed by the Contractor.
Examples of Services/Works in a sentence
The Contractor agrees to supply the Goods and/or Services/Works to the Principal in consideration for the Price.
The Supplier agrees to supply the Goods and/or Services/Works to the Purchaser in consideration for the Price.
Unless expressly stated in this Contract, no other sums, fees or charges will be payable in relation to the Goods supplied or Services/Works performed, or in relation to this Contract generally.
The Supplier must not deliver the Goods and/or Services/Works until the amended later Date for Delivery and is not entitled to claim any additional payments as a result of the amended later Date for Delivery.
If the purchase Specification is not provided for the duration of the Services/Works, it should not be more than 30 (Thirty) calendar days.
More Definitions of Services/Works
Services/Works means the work to be performed by the Service Provider pursuant to the Contract, as detailed in the Bidding Documents, Agreement or Contract.
Services/Works means and include all services/works/activities/jobs to be performed by the Contractor pursuant to and in accordance with Contract or part thereof as the case may be and shall include all extra, additional, altered or substituted services and approvals from any agency/third party & license(s)/permissions from statutory authorities (if any), as required for purpose of the Contract.
Services/Works means any services and works to be performed by the Vendor for abovementioned Plant, including engineering, procurement and supply of Goods, manufacturing, testing, supply of applicable accessories, spare parts for start-up, execution/performance pre-commissioning works (PCW), commissioning works (CW), commissioning supervision (CS), installation supervision/services (IS), and commissioning (start-up), capital spare parts (if applicable and as listed in items and/or option), documentation, certification, packing, transport and delivery according to INCOTERMS 2010 all in accordance with the applicable Request for Purchase (RFP, Enclosure № 7) and Order documents. 1.11 Услуги/Работы – означают все услуги и работы, подлежащие выполнению Поставщиком для вышеуказанного Завода, включая проектирование, поставку Товара, производство, испытания, поставку соответствующих вспомогательных средств, запасных частей для запуска, оказание/выполнение предпусконаладочных (ППНР), пусконаладочных (ПНР), шеф-наладочных (ШНР), шеф-монтажных работ/услуг (ШМР) и ввода в эксплуатацию, капитальных запасных частей (если применимо и как указано в пунктах или опциях), документацию, сертификацию, упаковку, транспортировку, в соответствии с условиями поставки, действующим Запросом на закупку (RFP, Приложение № 7) и документов Заказа.
Services/Works means any and all services specified in the Scope of Works(as defined below).

Services/Works means services/works and obligations required to be undertaken / performed by the Contractor(s), for the Project, in accordance with Section B: Terms of Reference, of this PQD including any revisions in such Terms of Reference as are included in the Project Agreements to be signed between the Contractor(s) and the Client.
