In response to a request from OECS countries for assistance in advancing the work on services statistics, a Workshop on The Use of Services Statistics in International Trade for the CARICOM region was organized by the DTTC in collaboration with the CARICOM Secretariat, in Antigua and Barbuda, on July 21-22, 2005.
NuArx retains all right, title and interest in the Services, the Services Statistics, related documentation, deliverables, all derivatives, derivative works, improvements and modifications thereto, and all related intellectual property rights related thereto, contained therein and newly created in the future, and Customer shall not have or obtain any title, ownership or other proprietary interest therein.
Customer agrees that NuArx may gather and utilize statistical information gathered in connection with the Services and the data processed by the Services (the “Services Statistics”), however, NuArx will only utilize the Services Statistics: (i) in a manner that will not identify Customer or any Merchant as the source thereof; (ii) in a form where the data is de-identified, and; (iii) in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
