Services Standards definition

Services Standards means the agreed-to target performance standards of the Service Provider in performing the Services under this Agreement, as they may be changed from time to time by Change Order;
Services Standards has the meaning set forth in Schedule 2.1.
Services Standards means FodaBox policy on the levels of service to be provided by Sellers to prospective and existing Customers as further described in Clause 15 of these Conditions;

  • Based on the behavioral crisis and clinical need, grantee will coordinate transportation of individuals experiencing behavioral health crises, as defined in 26 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 301, Subchapter G (Mental Health Community Services Standards) to the appropriate service location where the individual can receive crisis stabilization services.

  • ZEEL shall provide requisite number of Integrated Receivers and Decoders (IRDs) subject to payment of stipulated interest free security deposit per IRD as per the conditions laid down in the Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services Standards of Quality of Service and Consumer Protection (Addressable Systems) Regulations, 2017 dated 3rd March, 2017.

Services Standards means any performance specifications for the Services set out in this Contract, including Appendix 1, and includes those specifications in any descriptions or literature published by Contractor whether or not such descriptions or literature are included or referenced in this Contract; and

Related to Services Standards

  • Quality Standards means the quality standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent body, (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Contractor would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Specification.

  • Reliability Standards means the criteria, standards, rules and requirements relating to reliability established by a Standards Authority.

  • Service Standards means the set of Service Measures, Service Levels, conditions and Service Guarantee Payments as set out in Schedule 1;

  • PCI Standards means the applicable Data Security Standards published by the PCI Security Standards Council.

  • Service Level Standards has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.
