Examples of Services provided hereunder in a sentence

  • The parties agree that Seller’s books, records, documents, accounting procedures, practices, price lists or any other items related to the Goods and/or Services provided hereunder are subject to inspection, examination, and copying by City or its designees.

  • Communications service provider means a service provider that provides broadband service.

  • Related Services means the services incidental to the supply of the goods, such as insurance, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.
