Services or Works definition

Services or Works means the services or works to be provided as specified in the Order “Service User” means the Council representative located at the Premises with responsibility‌‌‌‌

Examples of Services or Works in a sentence

  • If the Products supplied or the result of the Services or Works provided should be wholly or partly lost or appear to be unsuitable for the purpose for which they are intended within the statutory time limit, this shall be regarded as the result of failure in the execution of the Agreement, unless the Supplier proves the contrary.

  • No variation of this Agreement (including any of the Services or Works to be provided hereunder) shall be valid unless it is in writing and signed by, or on behalf of, each of the parties.

  • The Owner shall not commence construction of any of the Services or Works or utilities until it has provided seven (7) days prior written notice to the Town of its intention to commence such construction.

  • Client agrees to indemnify and hold Provider harmless for any claims arising from or related to any third-party Services or Works.

  • No modification of this Agreement (including any of the Services or Works to be provided hereunder) shall be valid unless it is in writing and signed by, or on behalf of, each of the parties.

  • Any license to the Secureworks Products, Services or Works expires or terminates upon the expiration or termination of any individual Transaction Document and/or this CRA.

  • In the absence of a proposal within the above-mentioned ten (10) Days period, the Contractor shall irrevocably be deemed to have waived its right to make a Proposal for Variation Order and the event shall be deemed to have no impact on time or delivery schedule, price or technical performance of the Products, Services or Works.

  • Modification: No modification of this Agreement (including any of the Services or Works to be provided hereunder) shall be valid unless it is in writing and executed by both parties.

  • Add a new Sub-Clause 5.11.1 worded as follows: In case of downtime — suspension of Services or Works instructed by the Employer — the Consultant may receive compensation for downtime and costs of suspending the works at a rate specified in Annex 3 [Remuneration and Payment] to the Contract.

  • Second: If the Contractor delays, slows down, or refrains from starting the Services or Works, he shall be warned in writing to commence the execution within (15) fifteen days.
