Services or Work definition

Services or Work means the act of providing the labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, machinery, expertise, required for roadway improvements and other services necessary to engineer, procure, construct, deliver, erect, commission, test and have permitted approvals of the completed Project, and all services required by the Contract Documents, including those things reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents necessary to complete a code compliant Project, and all other labor, materials, equipment and services provided or to be provided by the Contractor or Subcontractor to fulfill their obligations to the City under this Agreement.
Services or Work means the act of providing the labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, machinery, expertise, and other services necessary to complete the rehabilitation of Wastewater Pump Station #24, including all services required by the Contract Documents, whether completed or partially completed, and includes all other labor, materials, equipment and services provided or to be provided by the Contractor or Subcontractor to fulfill their obligations to the City under this Agreement. Time Schedule or Term of Agreement – means the period of time not to exceed three hundred sixty (360) Days following the City’s issuance of its Notice to Proceed to Contractor, which shall constitute the guaranteed maximum time upon which Contractor is to complete the Project in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained in this Agreement, unless terminated earlier by the City.
Services or Work means the act of providing the labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, machinery, expertise, maintenance of traffic, root pruning, sprinkler and driveway repairs, restoration of abutting areas and other related services required for sidewalk repair and replacement and other services necessary to engineer, procure, construct, deliver, erect, commission, test and have permitted approvals of the completed Project, and all services required by the Contract Documents, including those things reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents necessary to complete a code compliant Project, and all other labor, materials, equipment and services provided or to be provided by the Contractor or Subcontractor to fulfill their obligations to the City under this Agreement.
