Services Offering means the solution based on Licensed Product, delivered and administered by USi over its network. It includes: (a) connectivity between the dedicated Customer server(s) hosted by USi, and the Internet; (b) application hosting and management at USi's data center; (c) application backup and recovery services; (d) implementation and integration services; (e) billing for combined business service; and (f) customer support help desk as set forth in Attachment B. Related to Services Offering

  • Offering shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1(c).
