Services Offering definition

Services Offering means the tasks to be performed and other activities set out in a services proposal that has been mutually agreed to by Everfox and Customer.
Services Offering means the solution based on Licensed Product, delivered and administered by USi over its network. It includes: (a) connectivity between the dedicated Customer server(s) hosted by USi, and the Internet; (b) application hosting and management at USi's data center; (c) application backup and recovery services; (d) implementation and integration services; (e) billing for combined business service; and (f) customer support help desk as set forth in Attachment B. It is limited to remote access, and does not involve the distribution of software to Customers.
Services Offering means the tolls and services framework approved by the NEB for Alliance's pipeline transportation services commencing December 1, 2015.

Examples of Services Offering in a sentence

  • Should you wish us to monitor your on-going position and ensure the products recommended continue to meet your requirements, we will agree an appropriate service offering outlined in the Services Offering and Costs section in this agreement.

  • During the Agreement Term, MSP may use the Elastic Trademarks solely to identify the Cloud Service, and to promote the availability of the Cloud Service as part of the Managed Services Offering.

  • During the applicable Subscription Term for a Cloud Service, Elastic will provide MSP with Support Services for the applicable Managed Services Offering in accordance with the applicable Support Services Policy and the Subscription Level purchased by MSP.

  • The Subscription Level, the number of Billable Nodes and/or Resource Units and the Managed Services Offering for which the applicable Subscription was purchased, are set forth on the applicable Order Form entered into by Elastic and MSP for the purchase of the applicable Subscription.

  • If Qlik does correct any of the Errors described in subsections (a)-(e) above, or otherwise provides support for a Qlik Cloud Services Offering that is not covered by the terms and conditions contained in this Policy, such Error resolution or support will be provided only following Customer’s written request and approval of all charges, and Customer will be invoiced for such support at Qlik’s then-current “time and materials” rates for such services.

  • Orders for Subscriptions may be placed by MSP through the execution of Order Forms with Elastic, setting forth the (i) Subscription Level, (ii) Subscription Term, (iii) Resource quantities, (iv) Managed Services Offering, (v) MSP Customer, and (vi) applicable fees (“Fees”), including the Annual MSP Program Fee as applicable.

  • MSP may use the Elastic Trademarks solely to identify the Commercial Software, and to promote the availability of the Commercial Software as part of the Managed Services Offering.
