Examples of Services Defect in a sentence

  • During the Subscription Period, at no additional cost to Customer and as Customer's sole and exclusive remedy for failure to meet this limited warranty, PPRA will correct any material fault in the PPRA software used to provide the Services ("Defect") in accordance with the Support guidelines, provided that Customer promptly notifies PPRA in writing upon discovery of any such Defect and PPRA's investigation discloses that such Defect exists.

  • SPINWELL-GLU may, upon the request of Customer, provide support in respectof any problem that is not a Hosted Services Defect, but may charge Professional Service Charges in respect of such support.
