Services d’ definition
Services d’ means any or all of Free of Charge Services, Transition Services, Contract Services (as such terms are defined in Section 3.0 below), after-sales installation, maintenance, customer technical support, product training and all forms of related value-added and professional services relating to the Products and provided to Madg▇ ▇▇▇tomers world wide; the business of which is referred to as the "Service Business"
