Services Card means an identification card that includes an EMV contact-less enabled integrated circuit (“Chip”) issued to an individual by or on behalf of the Province.

  • Supplier hereby grants to the Province, a perpetual, irrevocable, fully paid-up, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to access, use, copy, support, maintain, sublicense, assign and distribute each PAN provided to it by Supplier (the “Supplier Provided PANs”), for the life of the applicable Services Card, solely for the purposes contemplated under this Agreement.

  • The parties’ respective rights and obligations in respect of the Home Services Card Program and Home Services Accounts opened thereunder shall be as set forth in Schedule 16 (The Home Services Card Program).
