Services Area means, in respect of a Relevant Issuer, the area specified as such in the distribution licence granted to it on 1 October 2001 under section 6(l)(c) of the Electricity ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (as amended by section 30 of the Utilities Act 2000), as of the date of such distribution licence.

Services Area means the area described in the description of the Service Area attached to this Agreement as Schedule “B”, which area shall be located, in its entirety, in Ontario.

• This Caseload Variable is made available to allow the Practice Group to provide Midwifery Services in excess of the Course of Care as defined in this agreement to Clients across an uncharacteristically large or remote Services Area.
