Servicer Representative means any officer, director, employee, partner, consultant, advisor or agent of the Servicer or any of its Affiliates.

• Prior to making any withdrawal from the related Custodial Account pursuant to subclause (iii), the related Servicer shall deliver to the Master Servicer an Officer’s Certificate of an Authorized Servicer Representative indicating the amount of any previous Advance or Servicing Advance determined by such Servicer to be a Nonrecoverable Advance and identifying the related Mortgage Loan(s), and their respective portions of such Nonrecoverable Advance.

• The Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, shall, upon the written request of the Servicer, and delivery to the Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, of two copies of a request for release signed by a Authorized Servicer Representative substantially in the form of Exhibit H (or in a mutually agreeable electronic format which will, in lieu of a signature on its face, originate from a Authorized Servicer Representative), release the related Mortgage File held in its possession or control to the Servicer.
