Examples of ServiceNow Platform in a sentence

  • The Subscription Service is developed and operates on the ServiceNow Platform.

  • For clarity, the entirety of this Section 3 does not apply to: (i) any ServiceNow datacenter or any infrastructure within the sole control of ServiceNow and/or End Customer, including the ServiceNow Platform; (ii) Customer Data including any Regulated Data hosted in End Customer’s ServiceNow instance; (iii) Customer Data including any Regulated Data in End Customer’s virtual private network (VPN) or third-party network; or (iv) any Customer Data processed by End Customer in violation of this Agreement.

  • Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, Your rights to use or access the App terminate, and the App must be removed from Your instance of the ServiceNow Platform.

  • The Processor may receive, access or download the Controller's Personal Data only within the ServiceNow Platform.

  • Should Customer elect to purchase the ServiceNow Platform set forth under an Order Form, DXC grants to Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right during the Subscription Term to access, configure and use the purchased access of the ServiceNow Platform to create custom applications solely to automate business processes not supported within the ServiceNow Applications (each such automated business process, a “Custom Application”), for internal use.

  • Subject to the provisions of Section 2.1 above (Upgrades), ServiceNow shall use all reasonable efforts to give Customer thirty (30) days’ notice of any Upgrade to the ServiceNow Applications or the ServiceNow Platform.

  • Nuvolo has no liability to End Customer for any losses or harm occasioned by End Customer’s use of the ServiceNow Platform.

  • You are not entitled to delivery of a copy of the App apart from its deployment on Your single authorized instance of the ServiceNow Platform.

  • The platform team is responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of the ServiceNow Platform.

  • Access to the ServiceNow Platform must be separately purchased from ServiceNow.
