Serviceable Parts definition

Serviceable Parts means Pledged Spare Parts in condition satisfactory for incorporation in, installation on, attachment or appurtenance to or use in an Aircraft, Engine or other Qualified Spare Part.
Serviceable Parts means Pledged Spare Parts or Non-Pledged Spare Parts, as the context requires, in condition satisfactory for incorporation in, installation on, attachment or appurtenance to or use in an Aircraft, Engine, Spare Part or Appliance.
Serviceable Parts means Pledged Spare Parts in condition satisfactory for incorporation in, installation on, attachment or appurtenance to or use in an Aircraft, Engine or other Spare Parts.

  • Port Cargo Handling Equipment means rubber-tired gantry cranes, straddle carriers, shuttle carriers, and terminal tractors, including yard hostlers and yard tractors that operate within ports.

  • Unfit-for-use tank system means a tank system that has been determined through an integrity assessment or other inspection to be no longer capable of storing or treating hazardous waste without posing a threat of release of hazardous waste to the environment.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Repair means to restore to proper operating condition a tank, pipe, spill prevention equipment, overfill prevention equipment, corrosion protection equipment, release detection equipment or other UST system component that has caused a release of product from the UST system or has failed to function properly.

  • Plasma arc incinerator means any enclosed device using a high intensity electrical discharge or arc as a source of heat followed by an afterburner using controlled flame combustion and which is not listed as an industrial furnace.

  • Remanufacturing means the activity of overhauling, retrofitting, fabricating, or repairing a product or its component parts for ultimate sale at retail.
