Service Trade definition

Service Trade means a land use class of various land use types where services are provided to members of the general public. This land use class includes the following land uses:

  • The Service Trade Call Fee is due once You request Service and is due at that time regardless of whether, a) the requested Service is covered or denied, b) the diagnosis results in a complete or partial exclusion of coverage, c) the Authorized Repair Technician is in route to the home and You cancel the appointment, d) You fail to provide the necessary access to perform the Service Request, including not being home at the time of the prearranged appointment.
