Service Supervisor definition

Service Supervisor means a person who is assigned responsibility by a licensee for the supervision of one or more service workers.
Service Supervisor means a person who has two years of experience as a qualified mental health professional and who, in accordance with OAR 309-032- 0505, reviews the services provided to consumers by qualified persons.
