Upon Authorized User’s request, the Contractor shall furnish the Authorized User with a Maintenance/support Service Sheet for all Maintenance/support requests.
The Company may charge and collect in advance the dollar amount specified on Tariff Sheet "Charge for Reconnection of Service," Sheet No. 82, for reconnecting a customer's service after service is disconnected because of nonpayment of the bill when due or when service is discontinued because of unauthorized or fraudulent use, tampering with Company equipment, or denial of access to the premises as set out in Section II Paragraph 9, Access to Premises, of these GAS SERVICE REGULATIONS.
There will be an annual election each year for Suppliers whose Pool MDQ is greater than or equal to 1,000 Dth/day and less than 6,000 Dth/day to elect, on or before January 15th each year, either Rider FBS (Firm Balancing Service), Sheet No. 75 or Rider EFBS (Enhanced Firm Balancing Service), Sheet No. 74, to be effective on April 1st each year.
Each Service shall commence on the Effective Date (unless a later date is specified in the Service Sheet) and have the duration as specified in the relevant Service Sheet, unless terminated earlier, but shall not exceed twelve (12) months following the Effective Date (the “Service Term”) unless extended pursuant to Section 8.03.
Section 2.06 Subject to Section 2.04, Section 2.05, Section 7.05 and Section 7.06, the Service Provider shall perform the Services in the scope and volumes, in the way and manner and with the quality and performance levels similar to the respective Services were provided by the Service Provider to the Service Recipient immediately prior to the Distribution Date, unless otherwise specified in the Service Sheet with respect to such Service (the “Service Level” for such Service).
Upon execution of such new or amended Service Sheet, the Service Provider shall provide the agreed-upon Omitted Services described in such new or amended Service Sheet, and such Omitted Services shall become a Service under this Agreement.
The new rates on the Schedule of Charges for Rendering Service, Sheet No. 4, are also agreed to by the Settling Parties.
Subscriber agrees to pay PTI a non-refundable one time set up fee in the amount specified in the "Subscriber Service Sheet" to be due upon signing this Agreement.
