Service-Sales Amount definition

Service-Sales Amount means the total service-sales amount that has been paid by End Users for the Game, including the amounts paid by way of prepaid card, and calculated by the billing system.
Service-Sales Amount means the amount with deduction of value added tax(VAT) which do not exceed 10% of Gross Sales Amount, the Wholesaler-Discounts and the commission of channelling service granted under this Agreement from Gross Sales Amount.
Service-Sales Amount means : (a) in case of the service of the Game by Licensee, the amount with the deduction of Payment Gateway fee, Channelling fee and Kalydo fees (recurring license & service fee and usage fees) paid by Licensee for Requiem Online Game and the Wholesaler-Discounts granted under this Agreement from the Gross Sales Amount. (b) in case of the service of the Game by Sub-Licensee, the amount which Licensee receives form Sub-Licensee under the Sublicensing Agreement executed between Licensee and Sub-Licensee

  • Each Royalty Report shall contain detailed information on the calculation of Service-Sales Amount for the applicable month.

More Definitions of Service-Sales Amount

Service-Sales Amount means the total value of Licensee including Prepaid Cards that are purchased and registered by End Users, as calculated by use of the Billing System of the Game with the 30% deduction of the Wholesaler-Discount.
Service-Sales Amount means the amount with deduction of PG fee, Channelling fee, and Wholesaler-Discounts granted under this Agreement from the Gross Sales Amount.
