Service Role definition
Service Role. An Area Head is a service role and this position comprises a faculty member’s main service role to the College during their tenure (also includes other service workload per (CBA 12.3 “Workload and Equivalencies”). Area Heads will, in some cases, receive instructional reassigned time (i.
