Service Resources definition

Service Resources means the facilities and equipment used by Bridge Fibre to provide the Services which shall comprise a fully operational computer system and networking capability.
Service Resources means those service relationships described in Exhibit S. SERVICES TRANSFER ASSISTANCE Shall be those services set forth in EXHIBIT N. SOFTWARE Shall have the meaning set forth in SECTION 14(b). TERM Shall be the Initial Term plus any Renewal Term. THIRD PARTY AGREEMENTS Shall mean the license, lease and service agreements between Customer and the applicable third party in connection with Retained Software, Retained Hardware, Transferred Software and Leased Hardware. TRADE SECRET Shall have the meaning set forth in SECTION 20(a).

  • In cases where Service Levels apply to individual Service Resources or to separate Service tiers, Service Credits apply only to fees paid for the affected Service Resource or Service tier, as applicable.

  • Upon receiving a Service Order, GTT shall issue a Rate Card detailing rates for Service Resources.

  • Prior to deployment of the Service Resources, the Client has the option (either as stated in the SOW or on the web portal) to select the Zone in which the Service Resources will be deployed.

  • If selected, the Zone in which Service Resources are deployed (including those used for the processing and storage of Client’s data) will not change without Client’s consent.
