Service Provision Date definition

Service Provision Date means the date on which the Services are ready-to- use as notified by HGC to the Customer or on which the Customer actually uses the Services, whichever is earlier.

Examples of Service Provision Date in a sentence

  • If the event of Force Majeure had occurred prior to the Schedule Service Provision Date, upon its coming to an end the Shelter Management Agency shall resume normal activities under the Agreement immediately.

  • If delivery of Services does not commence on or prior to the Scheduled Service Provision Date, unless the delay is on account of reasons solely attributable to the DUSIB or due to Force Majeure, the Shelter Management Agency shall pay Damages to the DUSIB in a sum calculated at the rate of 25% (twenty five per cent) of the amount of Payment for Shelter Management for delay of each week until delivery of Services has commenced.

  • Unless the Customer notifies Cogeco Peer 1 in writing of non‐ acceptance of the Services within such two (2) day period, it shall be deemed that Cogeco Peer 1 shall have completed all necessary work for provision of the Service(s) as of the Service Provision Date and the Effective Date for each Service shall be the Service Provision Date.

  • All charges payable to Cogeco Peer 1 for the Service(s) shall be calculated from the Service Provision Date.

  • No rebate will be given for any activation or installation charges paid by the Customer prior to the Service Provision Date.

  • If the Service Provision Date falls on a day other than the first day of the calendar month, the monthly charge(s) for the Service(s) during that calendar month shall be pro‐rated to the Service Provision Date.
