Amendment and Revision In addition to its obligations under Paragraph 3.1 above the Service Provider shall review and update the ISMS and the Security Management Plan annually (or such other period as agreed by the Parties in writing) to reflect: emerging changes in Good Industry Practice; any change or proposed change to the Service Provider System, the Services and/or associated processes; any new, perceived or changed Breach of Security; and any reasonable requests by the Authority.
Both the ISMS and the Security Management Plan shall, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Authority, aim to protect all aspects of the Services and all processes associated with the delivery of the Services, including the Sites, the Service Provider System and any ICT, information and data (including the Contracting Body Confidential Information) to the extent used by the Authority, the Contracting Body or the Service Provider in connection with this Framework Agreement.
The Service Provider will provide suitable connectivity between the Service Provider System Information Server(s) and the Signal Interface Points.
A dynamic interface will be maintained between the Client System Information Server(s) and Service Provider System Information Servers(s) to facilitate this interoperability.
For vendor contracts sourced by Recipient, provide a copy of the approved contract and contract details required for Service Provider to set up vendor code and vendor contract in the Service Provider System.
The Security Plan will be fully reviewed and updated by the Service Provider annually, or from time to time to reflect: emerging changes in Good Industry Practice; any change or proposed change to the Service Provider System, the Services and/or associated processes; and any new perceived or changed threats to the Service Provider System; a reasonable request by the Customer.
Upon becoming aware of any of the circumstances referred to in paragraph 6.1, the Service Provider shall: immediately take all reasonable steps necessary to: remedy such breach or protect the Service Provider System against any such potential or attempted breach or threat; and prevent an equivalent breach in the future.
The Service Provider shall be responsible for the security of the Service Provider System and shall at all times provide a level of security which: is in accordance with Good Industry Practice and Law; complies with the Security Policy; meets any specific security threats to the Service Provider System; and complies with ISO/IEC27002 and ISO/IEC27001 in accordance with paragraph 0 of this appendix.
The Service Provider acknowledges that the Customer places great emphasis on confidentiality, integrity and availability of information and consequently on the security of the Sites and the security for the Service Provider System.
