SERVICE PROVIDER System definition

SERVICE PROVIDER System means the information and communications technology system used by the SERVICE PROVIDER in providing the Ordered IT Solutions including the Software, the SERVICE PROVIDER Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the CUSTOMER System).
SERVICE PROVIDER System means an interconnected grouping of Service Provider Equipment and/or Service Provider Software used in connection with the Services, and all additions, modifications, substitutions, upgrades or enhancements thereto.
SERVICE PROVIDER System means the information and communications technology system used by the Service Provider in performing the Services including the software, the equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • If the Network Service Provider, System Management or a User fails to arrange or control any act, matter or thing or the acts of any other person, the Network Service Provider, System Management or User is not taken to have breached such obligation imposed under these Rules provided the Network Service Provider, System Management or User used all reasonable endeavours to comply with that obligation.

  • You must take all reasonable action to prevent and detect unauthorised use of the DVS and your ID Service Provider System and ID Service.

  • If the Network Service Provider, System Management or a User fails to arrange or control any act, matter or thing or the acts of any other person, the Network ServiceProvider, System Management or User is not taken to have breached such obligation imposed under these Rules provided the Network Service Provider, System Management or User used all reasonable endeavours to comply with that obligation.

  • You must not, by act or omission, directly or indirectly, mislead any person in relation to the DVS, your access to or use of the DVS, your ID Service, your ID Service Provider System or any related matter.

  • The Contractor must prevent unauthorized access to the Electronic Construction Bidding Service Provider System.

  • As part of the Services, the Customer shall be granted with an access to the Service Provider System.

  • Amendment and Revision In addition to its obligations under Paragraph 3.1 above the Service Provider shall review and update the ISMS and the Security Management Plan annually (or such other period as agreed by the Parties in writing) to reflect: emerging changes in Good Industry Practice; any change or proposed change to the Service Provider System, the Services and/or associated processes; any new, perceived or changed Breach of Security; and any reasonable requests by the Authority.
