Service Provider Code definition

Service Provider Code means a code of ethics that is required to be, and has been, adopted by a 17j-1 Service Provider pursuant to and in compliance with Rule 17j-1.

Related to Service Provider Code

  • Local Service Provider (LSP) means the LEC that provides retail local Exchange Service to an End User. The LSP may or may not provide any physical network components to support the provision of that End User’s service.
