Service Personal Data definition

Service Personal Data means the personal data supplied by the Customer to the Supplier in the course of the use of the G-Cloud Services for purposes of or in connection with this Call-Off Agreement “Personal Data” shall have the same meaning as set out in the Data Protection Act 1998;
Service Personal Data means the personal data supplied by the Contracting Body to the Supplier in the course of the use of the Services for purposes of or in connection with this Call Off Agreement Personal Data shall have the same meaning as set out in the Data Protection Act 1998;
Service Personal Data means any Personal Data that Customer or Customer’s end users process through the Cloud Services.

Examples of Service Personal Data in a sentence

  • Arista shall process Service Personal Data through the Cloud Services only as a Processor acting on behalf of Customer (whether as Controller or itself a Processor on behalf of third party Controllers).

  • The Buyer, as Data Controller, shall ensure that any Buyer Personal Data or Service Personal Data is processed in accordance with applicable Data Protection Legislation and complies with its own obligations regarding the processing of Buyer Personal Data and Service Personal Data.

  • The Company acknowledges that Personal Data is not a pre-requisite or requirement for the performance of the Main Agreement, but considering the particularities of each Service, Personal Data may be transferred to UiPath.

  • In the event that any request, complaint or communication is made directly to Arista regarding Service Personal Data, Arista shall promptly pass this onto Customer and shall not respond to such communication without Customer's express authorization.

  • Accordingly, Buyer hereby expressly consents that Buyer Personal Data and Service Personal Data may be transferred to any Supplier Associated Company (agreed as Sub-Contractors in the Order Form or Annex 1 of Schedule 7 (GDPR Information)) which are bound by the terms of the BCR.

  • As Data Controller, the Buyer shall provide the Supplier with documented instructions “Instructions” regarding the processing of Buyer Personal Data and Service Personal Data.

  • This requirement shall not apply to the extent that Arista is required by any applicable law to retain some or all of the Service Personal Data, in which event Arista shall isolate and protect the Service Personal Data from any further processing except to the extent required by such law.

  • Customer acknowledges and agrees that, in its role as Processor, Arista does not provide information regarding processing of Service Personal Data and regarding the rights of Data Subjects with respect to Customer’s provision of any service to their users even when based on Cloud Services.

  • The Controller acknowledges that Personal Data is not a pre-requisite for the performance of the Main Agreement, or for the access to the Cloud Services, but considering the particularities of each Cloud Service, Personal Data may be transferred to the Processor.

  • By entering into the Call-Off Contract, Buyer hereby expressly acknowledges and agrees that Buyer Personal Data and Service Personal Data may be transferred to and/or processed by Supplier Sub-Contractors as provided for in Sub-Contracting above, including when these entities are located outside the EU.


More Definitions of Service Personal Data

Service Personal Data means the personal data supplied by the Customer to the Supplier in the course of the use of the G-Cloud Services for purposes of or in connection with this Call-Off Agreement. “Personal Data” shall have the same meaning as set out in the Data Protection Act 1998; Sub-Contract means any contract or agreement or proposed agreement between the Supplier and the Sub-Contractor in which Sub-Contractor agrees to provide to the Supplier the G-Cloud Services or any part thereof or facilities or goods and services necessary for the provision of the G-Cloud Services or any part thereof; Sub-Contractor means any third party engaged by the Supplier from time to time under a Sub-Contract (permitted pursuant to the Framework Agreement and the Call-Off Agreement) and its servants or agents in connection with the provision of G-Cloud Services from time to time; Subsidiary has the meaning given to it in section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006; Supplier's Confidential Information means any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, trade secrets, know-how, personnel and suppliers of the Supplier, including IPRs, together with information derived from the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential or which ought reasonably to be considered to be confidential, including the Commercially Sensitive Information (whether or not it is marked as "confidential");
