Service Order Request definition

Service Order Request means a request by a retailer for a network provider to perform a service in accordance with the Service Order Procedures.
Service Order Request means the Retailer’s service request raised in accordance with:
Service Order Request means Powermetric’s standard form service order request with all details including pricing completed and signed by both the Customer and Powermetric. Site means the premises where a Metering Installation is installed and maintained, as specified in the Service Order Request. Start Date means the date specified in the Service Order Request. Term means period commencing on the Start Date and ending on the End Date, as extended in accordance with clause 2.2.

  • For more complex Service Order scenarios where coordination is required to have more than one party on-site concurrently, the Initiator may nominate a ‘coordinating party’ (with the agreement of that party) by populating ‘Yes’ in ServiceOrderCoordinationRequired and providing the appropriate details in CoordinatingContactName and CoordinatingContactTelephoneNumber in the Service Order Request.

  • The Retailer will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that accurate information is provided by the Retailer to the Distributor for the purposes of the Distributor carrying out a Service Order Request.

  • The Notified Party is a party with an interest in the site who can be advised when an Initiator sends a Service Order Request to a Recipient for action.

  • In this scenario, the Notified Party does not receive any NotifiedParty transaction of the Service Order Request.

  • Access Service Order Request service dates may be changed, however, a Service Date Change Charge will apply for each service date change after the plant test date of the original ASR.

  • Notices under this agreement must be in writing and may be delivered by hand, or sent by mail or email to the addresses set out in the Service Order Request, or any other addresses notified by the relevant party from time to time.


More Definitions of Service Order Request

Service Order Request means an order for Disaster Case Management services placed to a Successful Respondent to this RFA by HHSC after a Presidentially Declared Disaster occurs in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFA.
Service Order Request means a service request issued by the Company to the Contractor under clause 2.1.1 substantially in the form set out in Attachment A , setting out the details of the services required, the Start Date, the Finish Date, and, if required by the Company, a request to provide a price to carry out the services. Services means the services to be provided by the Contractor under a Service Order in accordance with this Contract or all of the services to be provided by the Contractor under each and every Service Order issued under the Contract, as the context requires. Site has the meaning given to it in Schedule 2 Site Rules means the Site rules set out in Schedule 2 and Attachment C as may be amended, replaced or added to, by the Company from time to time.

  • Change Order Request means a written request or proposal for a Change Order submitted by either Company or Contractor and including:

  • Service Order or “Contract” or “Agreement” shall mean the Service Order / Agreement and all attached exhibits and documents referred to therein and all terms and conditions thereof together with any subsequent modifications thereto;

  • Service Order Form means our standard Service Order Form for Services, or any other order form that we agree with you in writing that incorporates the provisions of this DPA;

  • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

  • Cloud Service Order Form means all written order forms or other ordering documentation for Cloud Services entered into by SAP, or a SAP SE Affiliate or a reseller of SAP SE or an SAP SE Affiliate, and Prime Contractor.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Service Request means a request for service such as adds, moves, changes and technical assistance;

  • Work Request means a document prepared by the Contractor which describes over and above work being proposed.

  • Software Order Form means the order form for the Software, Third Party Software and related SAP Support ordered by Licensee thereunder, including information on Software, Third Party Software, SAP Support, fees, and other information necessary for the delivery of such items to Licensee.

  • New Service Request means an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request. New Services Queue:

  • L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Purchase Order (PO) means a written offer made by a purchaser to a supplier formally stating the terms and conditions of a proposed transaction.

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).

  • Stop Work Order is defined in Appendix B. “Term” comprises the Initial Term and any Option Terms.

  • Template Order Form means the template form in Annex 1 to Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off terms);

  • Access Service Request (ASR) is an industry standard form used by the Parties to add, establish, change or disconnect trunks for the purposes of Interconnection.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • Change Order means a written instrument signed by Owner and Contractor stating their agreement upon all of the following: (1) a change in the Work; (2) the amount of the adjustment in the Contract Sum, if any, and (3) the extent of the adjustment in the Contract Time, if any.

  • Local Service Request (LSR means the form used to input orders to the Local Service Center (LSC) by CLEC, including, but not limited to orders to add, establish, change or disconnect services.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. Scope of Work:

  • Local Service Request (“LSR”) means an industry standard form or a mutually agreed upon change thereof, used by the Parties to add, establish, change or disconnect local services.

  • The Purchase Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The purchase order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Access Service Request (ASR means the industry standard form used by the Parties to add, establish, change or disconnect trunks for the purposes of Interconnection.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.
