Examples of Service Order Request in a sentence

  • The Retailer will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that accurate information is provided by the Retailer to the Distributor for the purposes of the Distributor carrying out a Service Order Request.

  • If the Distributor attempts to carry out a Service Order Request as requested by the Retailer, but through any act or omission of the customer is unable to complete the Service Order Request, the Distributor will still be entitled to charge the fee associated with the Service Order Request.

  • Funding awarded is contingent upon FEMA funding as specified in the HHSC-issued Service Order Request, in accordance with ATTACHMENT F, RFA HHS0011309 AND ADDENDA.

  • These Terms and Conditions and the Service Order Request form the agreement between Powermetric and the Customer for the Services.

Service Order Request means an order for Disaster Case Management services placed to a Successful Respondent to this RFA by HHSC after a Presidentially Declared Disaster occurs in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFA.

Service Order Request means a service request issued by the Company to the Contractor under clause 2.1.1 substantially in the form set out in Attachment A , setting out the details of the services required, the Start Date, the Finish Date, and, if required by the Company, a request to provide a price to carry out the services.   • Change Order Request means a written request or proposal for a Change Order submitted by either Company or Contractor and including:

  • Service Order or “Contract” or “Agreement” shall mean the Service Order / Agreement and all attached exhibits and documents referred to therein and all terms and conditions thereof together with any subsequent modifications thereto;
