Service methodology means the methodology (as amended by Lykke from time to time) under Schedule 1 (Service Methodology) that is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is used by Lykke to provide the Services, including to determine: (i) the proportions of Cryptoassets that Lykke purchases when the Customer issues a Buy and Delivery Order to receive the Services; (ii) the Fiat Currency Value (if applicable) of such Cryptoassets; and (iii) the procedures and mechanisms to: (A) Transfer the proportions of Cryptoassets to the Customer or (B) pay the Fiat Currency Value to the Customer (if applicable);

Examples of Service methodology in a sentence

  • Koverse shall provide support for the Service consistent with its standard practices, including but not limited to explanations of Service methodology, input/output interpretations, documentation problems, Error reporting, use of the Service, troubleshooting, and installation instructions.

  • ViON will conduct a Kick-off Meeting with Customer to review the Service methodology and schedule with Customer’s stakeholders that will be involved in the Service.
