Service Method definition

Service Method. A common name for end-to-end forms of communication in the IMSAPI: Session, Capability, Publication, Subscription, PageMessage and Reference. • SDP: Session Description Protocol. • SIP: Session Initiation Protocol. • Terminating endpoint: The endpoint that is receiving an IMS communication.
Service Method means the following Money Transfer Services offered through any Channel: Quick Collect, Quick Cash, optional services of WUNA (including messaging, delivery, telephoning the receiver, etc.) and such other methods of providing the Money Transfer Services that WUNA may introduce from time to time.

Examples of Service Method in a sentence

  • If Breaks-in-Service and Years of Service are computed under the 1,000 Hours of Service Method, then the eligibility computation period shall shift to the Plan Year which includes the first anniversary of the date on which the Employee first performed an Hour of Service.

  • If WUNA discontinues offering any Service through any particular Service Method (as defined below) or modifies any Service through any particular Service Method, which WUNA may do in its sole discretion, or any other optional service offered by WUNA, WUNA may terminate or amend this Agreement as it concerns such discontinued or modified Service Method.

  • The effective date of such termination or amendment under this Section 9A shall be the date on which WUNA discontinues or modifies such Service Method; provided, however, that WUNA shall use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Agent at least 30 days prior to such termination or amendment.

  • If the Employer has specified in the Adoption Agreement that the Regular Time Hours Method shall be used, then a Year of Service will be determined under the Hour of Service Method described in (a) above, except that 750 Regular Time Hours will be substituted for 1,000 Hours of Service.

  • SERVICE CREDITING METHOD (Plan Sections 1.57 and 1.85) NOTE: If no elections are made in this Section, then the Hours of Service Method will be used and the provisions set forth in the definition of Year of Service in Plan Section 1.85 will apply.

  • If the Employer has specified in the Adoption Agreement that the Regular Time Hours Method shall be used, then a Break in Service will be determined under the Hour of Service Method described in (a) above, except that 375 Regular Time Hours will be substituted for 500 Hours of Service.

  • The Continuous Service Method described in Section 3.4 of the Plan.

  • Years of Service with the Employer shall be determined under the 1,000 Hours of Service Method pursuant to Plan Section 1.74(a).

Related to Service Method

  • Alternative method means any method of sampling and analyzing for an air pollutant that is not a reference or equivalent method but that has been demonstrated to the satisfaction of the commissioner and the U.S. EPA to, in specific cases, produce results adequate for a determination of compliance.

  • Reference method means any direct test method of sampling and analyzing for an air pollutant as specified in 40 CFR 60, Appendix A*.

  • Service Measure means the characteristics or features of a Service Standard as set out in Schedule 1;
