If Breaks-in-Service and Years of Service are computed under the 1,000 Hours of Service Method, then the eligibility computation period shall shift to the Plan Year which includes the first anniversary of the date on which the Employee first performed an Hour of Service.
If WUNA discontinues offering any Service through any particular Service Method (as defined below) or modifies any Service through any particular Service Method, which WUNA may do in its sole discretion, or any other optional service offered by WUNA, WUNA may terminate or amend this Agreement as it concerns such discontinued or modified Service Method.
