Upon the date indicated on the Service Attachment accompanying the Service Matrix and continuing through the remaining term of this Agreement, the new Services shall be deemed part of the Services provided pursuant to this Article and/or the new locations shall be deemed part of the Service Locations.

Future automated monitoring and measurement mechanisms may be explored, however, the metrics listed in the Service Matrix and Service Level Objective below will be monitored and measured manually using Service Desk Application reports until these are built and/or location-specific robots are deployed at the Customer’s facility locations and/or other strategic locations as deemed by HCA IT&S management.
