Service Fleet’ definition
Service Fleet’ means the aggregate of all Vehicles used by the Contractor in providing the Services in respect of a given Group from time to time. ‘Services’ means the services to be provided by the Contractor as described in Schedule 2 – School Transport Services. ‘School(s)’ means state and integrated schools and designated character schools (as those terms are defined in the Education and Training Act 2020).
