Service Dependencies definition

Service Dependencies in respect of each Service means the matters, things and/or activities on which that Service is dependent for its successful operation or performance, as identified under that title in the Service Definitions or elsewhere in the Call-Off Contract.
Service Dependencies means the technical and information requirements for the use of each Service Type as set out in Annex A;

Examples of Service Dependencies in a sentence

  • Hearsay reserves the right to modify or change the External Services in accordance with the procedures established in Section 2.4 (External Service Dependencies).

  • To edit service dependencies for a selected service, open the Service Operations Console dashboard and click Edit Service Dependencies found on the action panel.

  • Service Dependencies The list of services on which the selected service depends.

  • If Netcall considers that the Supported Equipment is not being maintained in such conditions as set out under General Service Dependencies and Exclusions it may serve notice on the Customer and/or End User to this effect.

  • IMPORTANT: Users can also access this dashboard from the navigation panel: under Dashboards, click Dependency Mapping > Dependency Mapping Administration > Edit Service Dependencies.

  • Hearsay may update these restrictions based on changes to the External Services’ policy or changes to the law at any time during the Term, provided that a) Hearsay provides Customer with at least thirty (30) days’ written notice of the specific changes being made, and b) subject to Customer’s rights in Section 2.4 (External Service Dependencies) of the Agreement, Customer’s use of the Service shall not materially change.

  • Equipment not installed and maintained in accordance with the environmental requirements set out under General Service Dependencies and Exclusions.

  • Netcall shall only be obliged to perform the Services if the Customer and/or the End User complies with the obligations as set out under General Service Dependencies and Exclusions and if the Customer and End User ensures fulfilment of the service dependencies as set out Schedule 2 relating to the relevant Services.
