Service Corridor definition

Service Corridor means highways as defined in the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25, as amended, which are under the jurisdiction of the Township, whether directly or by delegation by the County of Wellington;
Service Corridor means any one or more of the following (as applicable in the circumstances):
Service Corridor means a street, lane, highway, light rail transit corridor (excluding transit infrastructure or equipment located Within the light rail transit corridor), general public utility easement, or other Public Place located within the City of Calgary, and owned by The City, but excludes a City Structure;
