Service Corridor definition

Service Corridor means highways as defined in the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25, as amended, which are under the jurisdiction of the Township, whether directly or by delegation by the County of Wellington;
Service Corridor means any one or more of the following (as applicable in the circumstances):

  • Regional Center means a facility or program operated directly by the department that provides services and supports to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
