service contribution definition

service contribution means a contribution towards bulk services and facilities levied in terms of the Local Government Ordinance, No 17 of 1939, the Local Authorities Rating Ordinance, No 11 of 1977 and the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, No 15 of 1986, as the case may be;
service contribution means the due proportion attributable to the Demised Premises of the Estate Costs payable to the Landlord by the Tenant in accordance with the provisions of clause 2(d) and Schedule 8 and expressed in the Particulars as a percentage;
service contribution means the contribution to the Plan made by the Company in accordance with Section 4.03.

  • Annual Contribution means the annual payment to the Fund made by each Member in return for Coverage by the Fund for a Fund Year;

  • Qualified Matching Contribution means any employer contribution allocated to an Eligible Employee's account under any plan of an Employer or a Related Company solely on account of "elective contributions" made on his behalf or "employee contributions" made by him that is a qualified matching contribution as defined in regulations issued under Code Section 401(k), is nonforfeitable when made, and is distributable only as permitted in regulations issued under Code Section 401(k).

  • Matching Contribution means an Employer contribution made to this or any other Defined Contribution Plan on behalf of a Participant on account of an Employee Contribution made by such Participant, or on account of a Participant's Employee Elective Deferral, under a plan maintained by the Employer.

  • Qualified Matching Contributions means Matching Contributions which are immediately nonforfeitable when made, and which would be nonforfeitable, regardless of the age or service of the Employee or whether the Employee is employed on a certain date, and which may not be distributed, except upon one of the events described under Section 401(k)(2)(B) of the Code and the regulations thereunder.

  • Additional Contribution Each Member's pro-rata portion of a Required Amount, determined by multiplying the Required Amount by each Member's Interest.
