Service Contractors definition

Service Contractors means (i) ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ and (ii) a software engineer and an RF Engineer, who have experience in connection with the Acquired Assets, each of whom shall be mutually agreed upon by the Seller and the Buyer in accordance with Section 4.3 hereof and Schedule 4.3 attached hereto; along with any contractors who replace such persons in accordance with Section 4.3 hereof.
Service Contractors has the meaning specified in Section 4.17(a) (Environmental Matters).
Service Contractors means third parties that provide materials or services to Customer and/or maintain and repair facilities, equipment and property of Customer at Customer Locations or perform related services thereat.

  • Personal Service Contractors found to be performing similar work as an impacted classification may have their contract ended according to the provisions of the contract.
