Service Bundle means a SuiteApp made available by Oracle as a module or feature of the Service and which is procured by a User pursuant to an Estimate/Order Form or otherwise identified by Oracle as a “Service Bundle.”

  • Licensee is in compliance with its material obligations under any supply agreement with Licensor or a TW Licensee or, in the case of High Speed Internet Services, a ROAD RUNNER Licensee, for all elements that are included in the Service Bundle, if any such agreement is in place.
