Service Bundle definition

Service Bundle means a SuiteApp made available by Oracle as a module or feature of the Service and which is procured by a User pursuant to an Estimate/Order Form or otherwise identified by Oracle as a “Service Bundle.”
Service Bundle means one of the standard bundled features as set out in Part B.
Service Bundle means any or all of the Water Services, the Sewer Services or the Tax Supported Municipal Services;

  • Article IV of the Cost Sharing Contract requires that “all executed [Member Services] Agreements between CPCNH and each Member that has elected the same service must be uniform in all material respects”; any material amendments to this Contract are subject to approval and incorporation by all Members that have executed Member Services Contracts for this Complete Service Bundle.

  • If you switch to UW and take a 3 Service Bundle or 4 Service Bundle, if you are charged any early termination fees from your existing suppliers for switching those Bundle Services (excluding Home Insurance) to us we will credit the amount you were charged to your account, up to a maximum of £400 in total (or £200 if you signed up before 30 Dec 2022).

  • If you take a 3 Service Bundle or 4 Service Bundle, you can get our Double Gold tariff.

  • If you cease to qualify for a 3 Service Bundle or 4 Service Bundle within 12 months of the bill date on which you received the credit from us (excluding any temporary interruption to your services caused solely by your moving home), then you will need to repay the full amount of the early termination fee credit we applied to your account; this will appear as a debit charge on a subsequent Bill.

  • For example, if you take two types of Insurance products these will be counted as one Bundle Service / Non Energy Service - R † Œ @ † \ k ø Q E … Q k @ § k œ Q † Mobile or Broadband Service as well as Energy to access the 3 Service Bundle.
