Service Breakdown definition
Service Breakdown means any breach of this Agreement by the Supplier which is not a Supplier Default;

Examples of Service Breakdown in a sentence
In the event of the occurrence of a Service Breakdown, the Authority may serve a notice (a Warning Notice) on the Supplier: specifying that it is a Warning Notice; giving reasonable details of the Service Breakdown; and stating that if in the following month a Service Breakdown occurs this may result in the serving of a Final Warning Notice.
If a further Service Breakdown occurs within six months of the Final Warning Notice, this Contract may be terminated with immediate effect and without further notice.
