Service Availability Target definition

Service Availability Target shall have the meaning given in Appendix A:
Service Availability Target. The Solution must be available based on agreed metrics, measured monthly (see Article 7.0 for details).
Service Availability Target has the meaning as set out in Schedule 1;

More Definitions of Service Availability Target

Service Availability Target means Ninety Eight percent (98%) per month (expressed as a decimal).
Service Availability Target has the meaning given to it in paragraph 2.1 of the SLA.
Service Availability Target means the target for availability for each Service ordered by the Customer, as set out in Clause 6 of these terms and conditions. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the Service shall be regarded as being available unless there is an Incident categorized as an Incident Priority 1.
