Service Auditor definition

Service Auditor. An individual within the Customer appointed by the Customer (if the Customer so requires) as the Service Auditor who is given access by the Bank to the audit log of the Customer’s use of Secure e-mail and whose role would be to monitor the activities undertaken by the Service Administrator and any of the Authorised Users in relation to their use of Secure e-mail.
Service Auditor means an individual member of Your staff approved by a Service Administrator in accordance with clause 7.3 who is given access by Us to the audit log of Your use of the Payments Service and whose role would be to monitor the activities undertaken by the Service Administrator(s) and any Authorised User(s) in relation to their use of the Payments Service.

Related to Service Auditor
