The costs and expenses of the LEAP Service Audit shall be charged and accounted for separately from the costs and expenses of the GEP Audit and shall be properly included in Direct Costs under Section 15.8(i).

A sample of the currently approved Independent Service Audit report is attached in Exhibit G, it being acknowledged that same may be changed from time to time at the sole discretion of the Licensor in accordance with the Independent Service Audit for the Licensor Managed Units and upon written notice to Operator.
Qwest shall not require a Service Eligibility or Qualifying Service Audit as a prior prerequisite to Provisioning combination and Commingled facilities.

In the event that Mesa fails to meet the Standards of Service as set forth in this Exhibit C, in addition to the remedies provided in section 12.6 of this Fifteenth Amendment for a Service Audit failure, US Airways may give notice to Mesa of such failure and the parties’ representatives shall meet within fifteen (15) days to discuss such failure in good faith.
