Service and Software definition

Service and Software means any hardware, software, Terminals, or other devices or IPRs provided by or on behalf of Elavon to you in connection with the acquiring of Internet Transactions.

Examples of Service and Software in a sentence

  • Use of the Service and Software, including transferring, posting, or uploading data, software or other Content via the Service, may be subject to the export and import laws of the United States and other countries.

  • The Cloud Service and Software are deemed “commercial items” or “commercial computer software” according to FAR section 12.212 and DFAR section 227.7202, and the Documentation is “commercial computer software documentation” according to DFAR section 252.227-7014(a)(1) and (5).

  • The Service and Software are not intended for use by children under 13.

  • Customer shall keep full, true, and accurate records and accounts, in accordance with generally- accepted accounting principles, of each Product, Service and Software license purchased, resold, and/or deployed, including information regarding Software usage and export or transfer.

  • Following such training as may be specified by EOD’s employees, agents or sub-contractors, the Customer may configure the Service and Software in accordance with such procedures as are specified from time to time by EOD.

  • You may (where permitted by law) agree to such renewal of the Service and Software license by paying such invoice by its due date or by continuing to order Services or use the Software.

  • Any configuration of the Service and Software will become part of the Service and Software and will continue to be subject to the Terms.

  • By using the Site, Service, and Software, You agree to assume any security risk related to your personal information.

  • The Service and Software are intended to operate together with the Hardware to provide a comprehensive point of sale solution.
