Server Ready definition

Server Ready means the material, data, software or products are in a condition and form, as determined solely by Us, which requires no additional manipulation or verification on the part of Us for use on Our servers.

  • Rejection of material for its failure to be Server Ready shall not constitute a material breach of this Agreement by us.

  • Such updates to the Virtual Server shall be reflected on the Clientís website assuming that (i) Client is not in default of its payment obligations hereunder, (ii) such Updates are within the scope of this Agreement; and (iii) such Updates are Server Ready (as defined below).
