Server Instance definition

Server Instance means a network, email or other server, whether physical or virtual.
Server Instance means the right to install the Cisco Information Server on a single Server, running on a maximum of one native operating system or one Virtual Server.

More Definitions of Server Instance

Server Instance means a server instance normally on a Server Unit or via VM Cloud based technology. Service: means the professional Support management of the Customers IT Network as detailed on the Customer Order Form and in line with the agreed IT Service Level as identified within this schedule.

  • meter installation means the meter and, if so equipped, the instrument transformers, wiring, test links, fuses, lamps, loss of potential alarms, meters, data recorders, telecommunication equipment and spin-off data facilities installed to measure power past a meter point, provide remote access to the metered data and monitor the condition of the installed equipment;

  • Installation Date means the date specified in the Statement of Work by which the Contractor must have the ordered Equipment ready (certified) for use by the State.

  • Customer’s Installation means an Electrical Installation and includes Distributed Generation, if Distributed Generation is connected to a Customer's Installation; "Customer’s Premises" means the land and buildings owned or occupied by a Customer, and any land over which the Customer has an easement or right to pass electricity, including:

  • offshore installation means any installation which is intended for underwater exploitation of mineral resources or exploration with a view to such exploitation;

Lessee may, however, make non-structural Utility Installations to the interior of the Premises (excluding the roof) without Lessor's consent but upon notice to Lessor, so long as they are not visible from the outside of the Premises, do not involve puncturing, relocating or removing the roof or any existing walls, or changing or interfering with the fire sprinkler or fire detection systems and the cumulative cost thereof during the term of this Lease as extended does not exceed $2,500.00.
