Server Hosting means that Party B shall host the server for Party A according to this Agreement.

Examples of Server Hosting in a sentence

  • Server Hosting SLA: Consumer is responsible for system and application availability.

  • Server Hosting DEVELOPER agrees, at COMPANY’s option, to maintain COMPANY’s Web Site on DEVELOPER’s Web Server on a month to month basis, and to make maintenance modifications to COMPANY’s Web Site from time to time in accordance with COMPANY’s directions.

  • The cost of Server Hosting shall not increase for a period of one year from the date of COMPANY’s acceptance of its final Web Site.

  • This price covers all work of whatever nature on COMPANY’s Web Site contemplated in this Agreement (excluding Server Hosting and post-approval modifications not implemented by COMPANY).

  • OIT reserves the right to not enter in to a Server Administration or Server Hosting SLA if there are insufficient resources (e.g. space, power, cooling, network infrastructure) to support the system in the OIT Data Center.

  • This is an optional setup and not required if you choose the Production Environment Server Hosting.

  • With the Production Environment Server Hosting option, Atlas Systems handles all of the ongoing server maintenance for you.

  • The Test Environment Server Hosting provide a second server to be used to test system changes and new releases outside of the standard production environment.

  • Price for Web Site Creation The total price for all of the work set forth in the Agreement (excluding the Server Hosting and excluding post-approval modifications not implemented by COMPANY) shall be SEVEN THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($7,500.00) (the “Development Fee”).

  • Price for Web Site Hosting The price for the Server Hosting shall be ONE THOUSAND UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($1,000.00) per month (the “Hosting Fee”).
