Server Environment definition

Server Environment means the Web Site Content, Open Source Software and Tools, and Licensed Software and Tools that make up the presentation layer, business logic layer, and persistence layer.
Server Environment means any computer where more than one person can simultaneously either directly or remotely access the Licensed Software. For the avoidance of doubt, the definition of Server includes physical hardware servers located on your premises or in a hosted environment or in a cloud environment, whether or not the physical server is a dedicated machine or a virtual server installation. "Workstation or Desktop" means an attended or remotely controlled computer upon which the Licensed Software is loaded, that is operated by no more than one person at a time.
Server Environment means that component of the Gap IT Environment comprised of all Server Equipment, * or * Equipment, and Software, including all aspects of its operation, integration and other interfaces with the Gap IT Environment.

  • Contractor shall maintain daily backups of the Server Environment sufficient to reestablish a fully functional site within 5 business days.

  • Each node in the Managed Backup Exec Server Environment that is attached to the Storage Area Network (SAN) is licensed for use to send backup data to any shared storage device (tape, disk, or NDMP appliance) on the SAN.

  • You may enable multiple Servers running the Licensed Software on a SAN to use common Library Expansion Option (▇▇▇), VTL Unlimited Drive Option (VUDO), NDMP Option license keys at any one time provided that a licensed copy of the Enterprise Server Option is installed in the Managed Backup Exec Server Environment that is sharing the ▇▇▇, VUDO or NDMP license keys.

  • A Server Environment must be purchased for each type of environment used for server development and is a one-time charge.

  • This Server Environment does not contain support for a database interface; the interface is purchased separately.

  • Statistical analysis or investigation of Game related data shall not be conducted directly on the Real Server Environment.

Server Environment refers to the logical environment assigned in the migration process that is assigned to physical or virtual source and/or Target System Server (for example, “Dev”, “Test”, Prod”);
Server Environment means the architectural and operational environment of the Solution as part of the System, and related Documentation, including Server Software and Server Hardware.

  • Natural environment means the air, land and water, or any combination or part thereof, of the Province of Ontario; (“environnement naturel”)

  • Services Environment refers to the combination of hardware and software components owned, licensed or managed by Oracle to which Oracle grants You and Your Users access as part of the Cloud Services which You have ordered. As applicable and subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your order, Oracle Programs, Third Party Content, Your Content and Your Applications may be hosted in the Services Environment.

  • Production Environment means a logical group of virtual or physical computers comprised within the Cloud Environment to which the Customer will be provided with access and use the purchased Cloud Application(s) in production and for its generally marketed purpose.
