YOU are prohibited from making available on YOUR Site any MapleSim Server Content and/or MapleSim Server applications which are similar in functionality to, or competitive with, any Maplesoft Software (as determined by Maplesoft in its sole discretion).
YOU are permitted to provide access to MapleSim Server Content, but YOU may not sell, license or otherwise make available MapleSim Server Content for direct commercial gain, which includes, but is not limited to, generating revenue by providing access to MapleSim or MapleSim Content by charging a subscription fee, service fee, or any other form of transaction fee.
You agree that you will not use the Creator Services to create, upload, or distribute any Server Content or Player Content that includes modifications or alterations to any voice recording, voiceover performance, or element thereof contained in a Covered Game.
The Platform includes, but is not limited to: • Motive Application Server, Analyst Server, Content Server, Front-end Server, Management Server, Reports Server, Integration Server, Motive Agents (heavyweight and lightweight) and the function libraries they use • All existing third party integrations provided by Licensor for the Motive Platform and products (i.e. integrations with help desk, ticketing, ISV application instrumentation, etc,).
License of Server Content CCI Tech grants to You, and You accept from CCI Tech, a non-exclusive, royalty free license to copy, display, use and transmit on and via the Internet, Your content in connection with CCI Tech’s performance or enforcement of this Agreement.
