SERP Plan definition

SERP Plan means the Company's Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan.
SERP Plan means the NAI SERP or the NCTI SERP, as the context requires, and “SERP Plans” shall mean both the NAI SERP and the NCTI SERP.
SERP Plan means the SERP portion of the Plan, as reflected in Schedule 1 to the Plan.

  • The Company also shall pay to the Executive (or as the Executive may otherwise direct) all amounts which the Executive is entitled to pursuant to the SERP Plan (whether vested or unvested).

  • The amount of the benefit in excess of the amount paid from the Defined Benefit Plan will be paid from MLP's general assets under the terms of the SERP Plan.

  • Subject to the terms of the SERP Plan, all payments provided for under this Agreement shall be paid in cash from the general funds of the Company.

  • The Company shall pay to the Executive's account such amounts, if any, as shall become due from time to time under the SERP Plan.

  • Officer will be eligible to participate in a Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan under the terms and conditions that are described in the SERP Plan Document.

  • At the option of the Executive, SERP Plan Benefits earned subsequent thereto will be distributed to the Executive within 30 days of the end of each calendar year, in which less than the Minimum Net Worth is reported on the consolidated balance sheet of Aristotle, in a form of payment elected by the Executive from the payment options listed in Article 4.

  • To the extent of any inconsistency between this Agreement and the SERP Plan, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
