Examples of Series C1 CCPS in a sentence
Series A CCPS pari passu with Series B CCPS, Series B1 CCPS, Series C CCPS, Series C1 CCPS, Series C2 CCPS, Series D CCPS and Series E CCPS shall rank senior to all other instruments that are outstanding and/or which may be issued by the Company from time to time in all respects including but not limited to voting rights, dividends and liquidation.
The dividend shall be payable, subject to cash flow solvency, in the event the Board declares any dividend for the relevant year, and shall be paid to the holders of Series B1 CCPS, pari passu with the holders of Series A CCPS, Series B CCPS, Series C CCPS, Series C1 CCPS, Series C2 CCPS, Series D CCPS and Series E CCPS in priority to other classes of Shares.
In any Liquidation Event, subject to Applicable Law, holders of Series B CCPS shall pari passu with the holders of Series A CCPS, Series B1 CCPS, Series C CCPS, Series C1 CCPS, Series C2 CCPS, Series D CCPS and Series E CCPS have a preference over the other shareholders of the Company, as provided in Clause 10 (Liquidation Preference).
Series B CCPS pari passu with Series A CCPS, Series B1 CCPS, Series C CCPS, Series C1 CCPS, Series C2 CCPS, Series D CCPS and Series E CCPS shall rank senior to all other instruments that are outstanding and/or which may be issued by the Company from time to time in all respects including but not limited to voting rights, dividends and liquidation.
