Series C Conversion Date definition

Series C Conversion Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.14(b)(viii)(D).
Series C Conversion Date means the consummation date of an IPO that is not a Qualified IPO.
Series C Conversion Date means: (i) the date when such written notice required by Section 4.6 is received by the Company, together with the certificate or certificates representing the shares of Series C Stock being converted, or (ii) the date on which any event occurs causing an automatic conversion of the shares of Series C Stock pursuant to Section 4.1(b).

  • On the Series C Conversion Date, the Partnership shall issue to such Series C Unitholder (or designated recipient(s)) a Certificate or Certificates for the number of Series C Conversion Units to which such holder shall be entitled.
