Series C CCDs definition
Series C CCDs means Series C Securities Subscription Agreement pursuant to which Incoming Investor III and Incoming Investor IV together agreed to subscribe to 5,075,871 Class C CCDs.
Series C CCDs means the fully and compulsorily convertible debentures with a face value of INR 1,200 (Indian Rupees One Thousand Two Hundred) each having such terms as set out in the Series C Securities Subscription Agreement;
