Series B Preferred Preference definition

Series B Preferred Preference means that amount obtained by multiplying (x) the aggregate number of shares of Company Series B Preferred Stock issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time, by (y) the Series B Preferred Preference Per Share, rounded to the nearest one hundredth (0.01) (with amounts 0.005 and above rounded up).
Series B Preferred Preference means that amount obtained by multiplying the Total Outstanding Series B Preferred Shares by the Per Share Series B Preferred Preference.
