SERIES 6 NOTES means the Series 6 Senior Notes issued by LGII pursuant to the Indenture, dated as of March 28, 1998, between LGII, as issuer, TLGI, as guarantor, and State Street Bank and Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee, as amended or modified.
SERIES 6 NOTES means the 6.132% Medium Term Notes, Series 6 issued by BRPI under the Indenture.
